A Burke delivery driver will pick up your dirty garments during your pre- scheduled pick up day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, there is a small additional charge for the Pick up and Delivery Service. As an example on a $25 cleaning order the additional charge will be $2.50. On a $40 order, it will be $4. A small price for the time savings and convenience.
We will inform you about schedule changes for pick-up and delivery during holiday weeks. Cell phone or Email Notification is best. You can also check our blog for the latest updates if there is extreme weather.

If you would like to recycle your hangers, we will provide you with a hanger recycle caddy. When you fill it out, leave it with your order, and your driver will pick it up.
We send you a text or e-mail reminder every Sunday that allows you to schedule a pickup. You can also use the Burke mobile app to schedule, call, or e-mail us for a pickup request. It's straightforward!
Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your request. Please identify the specific garment along with your special instructions.
There is no garment minimum for orders. Any number of garments is acceptable.

Yes. For alterations, pin the instructions to the garment that needs alterations. Return times can vary depending on the complexity of the alteration.
Yes, we deliver to Greely during our Tuesday/Friday service.
We accept all major credit cards.
No, you do not need to be home for pickup or delivery.
We use the latest encryption and authentication services for all our web transactions to keep your credit card information safe.
You will receive an email with your pick-up and drop-off days upon signing up. Pick-up days will be either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.
